Tomoko Yokoi is a researcher and advisor with expertise in digital business transformations, women in tech, and digital innovation. She is a Forbes Contributor on topics related to digital transformation and innovation, and her practical insights have been published in numerous outlets such as Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review. 

Tomoko spent most of her career in the corporate world. She worked in senior executive positions in Fortune 500 companies and fast growing software ventures, in both B2B and B2C industries across N. America, Asia, and Europe, Middle East and Africa. She also briefly co-founded her own tech startup in the area of digital health, machine learning and conversational technologies. She draws from her executive experience to provide unique and pragmatic insights into her research and advisory services. 

Prior to her business career, she studied and briefly worked in human rights, refugee and migrant labor and international development, She thus brings a solid understanding of the intersection of social challenges and business in the digital age, and is passionate about helping organizations on their ESG journey in the digital age.
